Today event management has become one of the basic requisite qualities in an individual to handle stress, adversities and accordingly take prompt decisions for unforeseen contingencies.To promote this ability faculties of Disha College along with the students organizes a State Level Inter School Singing and Dance Competition called ‘Jhankar'.
 

Jhankar is a mega event for promoting the budding talents of not only Raipur city but the whole of Chhattisgarh State. It is the most awaited event and has turned into a great success.

 
It has given students a great platform to show their inherent capabilities in the areas of the competitions are held.
 

Twenty first century is an era of I.C.E. [I-Information Technology C—Communication and E—Entertainment]. Entertainment is an integral part of an individuals life which adds spice and flavour to it. Disha College adds this spice and flavour in students’ life  through Picnics and Excursions. These events become part of the everlasting memories of one’s college life.
